The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was compact but clean. It was a single room. The bed was a touch firm for my liking but had nice pillows and duvet. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! Combination of European and American foods. They even gave me a free transit pass for my stay!

The staff were great. The bar was also well-stocked and we liked the seating area outside. It had a vibrant atmosphere and the staff were attentive. The room was also a good size and the bathroom was clean.

room was really comfy. Staff was super helpful. The manager in the reception even made me a coffee in the evening, even though the machine was out of order. he just made from the kitchen.

The breakfast selection was very good and everything was fresh. The quietness was only less than good because it was refuse collection day otherwise it was very quiet.

The hotel is nicely located to view the popular attractions in Potsdam. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for 2 adults. The hotel served a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options that would cater to most tastes.

Great spot near to Sanssouci.Park is practically only few steps from hotel.Quiet room.

The location was perfect. Near San Soucci palace, transport and the Platz with eateries and restaurants.
